We offer free shipping in Canada on all orders over $95(pre-tax, after discount). Orders under $95 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $15.
Currently we are only shipping within Canada, but hope to expand to other countries soon.
shipping & exchanges
We aim to ship your online order within 2 business days of receiving it. You may experience delays in order processing and shipping due to COVID-19. (Also, we're still new and getting the hang of things!)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder prior to contacting us.
changing | cancelling an order
To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not already been shipped, we should be able to accommodate your request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions or concerns.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you find that an item you have received is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to email@example.com with a description of the damage (ideally include a photo if possible) and your order number, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you or provide you with a refund if the item is no longer available.
If for any reason you're not in love with your first threads purchase, we will happily exchange or provide store credit once we receive the item(s) back.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your online order. We do not provide refunds. All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the tags attached.
To process an exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We'll get back to you within 48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us. For an exchange, we will cover the cost to ship out replacement items.
If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you store credit by email once we receive the item(s) back.
